MMComments – E-Learning Project Management Tool

To streamline communication between the client and the production team Moxie Media Studios uses our own MMComments software. MMComments is an online password protected environment for proofing elearning, multimedia and video work. It provides a scene by scene (page by page) representation of the product under development while allowing reviewers to pass along comments and suggestions to the production team.

MMComments also keeps a history of these suggestions and the developer’s notes for future reference. It was called the best of its kind by Merck-Frost for how it eased project management tasks and its positive effect on production efficiency.

The Merck-Frost development team was also impressed with the ‘comments’ module that we created which allowed for comments and questions to be added about each page of the presentation as it was being viewed. This saved them time while providing a clear page-by-page method for requesting and tracking changes. Moxie Media’s team could easily understand the requested changes, make the adjustments and add their own comments to the module.
