23 min. video based eLearning module

Moxie Media Studios was contracted to design, develop and produce a bilingual video based eLearning module and an accompanying Facilitator Guide that contained information related to Service Excellence for use at City of Ottawa information sessions.

The presentation incorporated three interviews with senior staff at the City, five profiles featuring City employees speaking about Service Excellence and twenty ‘quick clips’ of City employees voicing one liners on camera.

The module was delivered in a custom built playback module that included:
1. Outline – A ‘map’ of the presentation with links to each section
2. Notes    – A transcription of the interviews and narration
3. Search  – For searching the transcription for specific screens with links to those screens
4. A toggle for viewing the English or French versions of the presentation without having to restart from the beginning.
